Empowering Muslim Female Leaders: MCRATE-C's Collaboration.
MCRATE-C, formerly known as the Muslim Female Creatives Community (MFC), has always been committed to nurturing leadership qualities among its members. In our quest to empower Muslim women leaders, we embarked on a groundbreaking collaboration with Engineer chung NDansak from Nertek, aimed at providing comprehensive leadership training.
The online training session, conducted via Google Meet in March 2024, was a transformative experience for our female members. Engineer Chung Ndansak's expertise and guidance were instrumental in equipping participants with the skills and insights necessary to lead effectively within our community and beyond.
Throughout the two-hour session, participants delved into various aspects of leadership theory and practice, gaining invaluable knowledge and practical strategies. From communication skills to decision-making processes, Engineer Nchung Dansark's teachings resonated deeply with our members, inspiring confidence and fostering a sense of empowerment.
The interactive nature of the session, culminating in a dynamic question and answer segment, allowed participants to engage directly with the material and explore its application in real-world scenarios. The feedback received was overwhelmingly positive, with participants expressing gratitude for the opportunity to enhance their leadership capabilities.
With a total of six dedicated participants, the training exemplified MCRATE-C's commitment to fostering leadership excellence among Muslim women. By collaborating with industry professionals like Engineer Nchung Dansark, we continue to provide our members with the resources and support needed to thrive as leaders in their communities and beyond.
As we reflect on this transformative experience, we are excited about the future of leadership within MCRATE-C. We are confident that the skills and insights gained from this training will not only benefit our individual members but also contribute to the collective growth and empowerment of the Muslim community as a whole.
